Starting salary is £22k-£25K + Double OTE £45K (Uncapped commission).My client is in the process of expanding their company and are looking to recruit a new team of inbound sales advisors. This is a permanent position, and you will be based out of their offices in Worsley, Manchester.( Monday - Friday, with 1 Saturday a month,shifts range between 9am-7pm)My client is big on rewarding over achievers, and they run monthly incentives, the most recent is a trip to Croatia, with all expenses paid for, and up to £2,500 spending money! This is a fun lively team to be a part of, with lots of weekly social events andteam building days!We are looking for individuals who have an entrepreneurial spirit and may have some experience of in working in a target driven environment, with a professional and friendly telephone manner. Ability to problem solve and listen to your customers needs are veryimportant. You will be empathising with customers who have are financially vulnerable and looking for a solution to their problems. What does the role look like - Work towards company targets and Kpis- Screen all customers carefully, ensuring you follow the qualifying procedure- Eligibility checks- Work out affordability on a case-by-case basis- Present solutions that fit the customers case- Collect relevant documents needed to roll out debt solution - Maintaining meaningful relationships with customers What we are looking for:- Highly motivated individual who thrives on finding solutions & exceeding targets- 6-12 months sales experience in a target driven environment (DESIRABLE)- Someone who can demonstrate experience of building good professional relationships with prospects & colleagues alike.- A result driven individual who can work on their own initiative. - An adaptable, strong communicator who is resilient.- Analytical person with some experience of reporting.
