Job Description

Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time Warehouse Order PickerJoin our dynamic team at our Worksop depot with this exciting part-time opportunity for warehouse order pickers.About the Role:Working part-time provides the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments, and as a valued part-time team member, you are entitled to fair treatment alongside your full-time colleagues.In our cold store warehouse, youll be using voice picking technology to efficiently pick orders. Your main responsibility will be picking and packing orders for next-day delivery, contributing to a warehouse team dedicated to providing excellent customerservice.General Responsibilities:

  • Accurate picking of orders using voice pick technology and ensuring deliveries are appropriately placed on delivery pallets, with order size marked on delivery notes.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Logging product shortages and reporting them to the Management Team at the end of each shift.
  • Stacking trays and maintaining designated areas cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Consistent use of issued PPE for safety.
Role Details:
  • Sunday Pay Rates:
    • £16.00 per hour for hours worked between 00:00 and 23:59. (Rates include base pay and incentives.)
  • Shift Pattern: Sunday only
  • Shift Times: 08:00 start - 16:30 finish

The depot serves major convenience retailers in the region. What we’re looking for The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with good attention to detail
  • Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
  • Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
  • Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
