Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working on an exclusive basis with a leading Manufacturing client, based in Harworth, who have a rare opportunity for a General Stores Person in their retail facility based in Doncaster. Our client has a reputation for quality and success.As a General Stores Person you will be responsible for receiving goods in, organising within the warehouse, picking online orders, as well as being a front of house assistant to the general public.Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - SaturdayDuties and Responsibilities include:* Adhere to daily pick / work lists* Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders* Provide high quality customer service within the store* Coordinate deliveries and "goods in", accurately checking, signing in and processing* Follow Management / Team Leader instructions for the efficient delivery of responsibilities* Work in accordance with Shopfloor SOPs* Work to set timescales* Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team* Maintain a clean and tidy work area* Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times* Adhere to all PPE / workwear requirements* Apply flexible approach to tasks given in a busy working environment* Undertake all other reasonable work requests to support / assist the smooth running of the shopfloorThe successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:* Previous experience working within a "goods in-goods out" environment* Previous experience working within a similar warehousing roleIf you want to discuss this position in more detail, please call Nicola Jackson at Elevation Recruitment Group.Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering & Manufacturing division work with a vast range of businesses across Yorkshire and Humberside, Lincolnshire and East Midlands regions.
