Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are delighted to be working with a leading electrical manufacturing business situated in Worksop in the search for a Warehouse and Inventory Team Leader.A crucial role within the business and a role you can really make your own, this is a chance to get a Global name on your CV whilst also taking complete ownership of a department and have full autonomy for developing and leading a key part of the business.Leading from the front, you will be responsible for Warehouse Improvements and efficiencies, ranging from implementing new KPIs, targets and suggestions for tech improvements.A Hands-on role, you will have 12 Direct & Indirect Reports across Goods In, Import/Export, Material Managements and Stock Control.The focus on the role will be on Inventory, storage, and the process of moving Raw Materials from the Warehouse to the Manufacturing floor.Exposure to ERP (SAP ideally) would be extremely beneficial to this role.Key duties and responsibilities will include:- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 12 (likely to increase)- Full autonomy to improve and implement new efficiencies across the Warehouse and Inventory space- Have full ownership of the Warehouse and Inventory space- Analyse data and be able to feed back to key internal stakeholders via reports and presentations- A key relationship builder - both internally and externally - able to have tough conversations where needed - Lead cross functional meetings to review and feedback on current trends- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the functionElevation Procurement & Supply Chain would be keen to speak with candidates who have the following skills and experiences:- Have proven experience of taking a Warehouse/Inventory department forward - implementing new processes and procedures which have resulted in success- Proven relationship builder - both internally and externally- Strong team leader- Experience of SAP Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on engineering, operational and technical positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
