Job Description

Production OperatorsCommutable from Doncaster, Bawtry, Worksop, Rotherham Sheffield, Retford, Mansfield and GainsboroughUpto £11.00 per hourTemp / Permanent JobsAdecco are currently recruiting for Production Operatives based in the Doncaster location, these are permanent opportunities for a well-known client. They are paid at £11.00 (including shift allowance) The shifts will be 12 Hour Shift based role on a 5 daysin week 1 then 2 days in week 2 (2 week rotating pattern) transitioning to a day night rotation pattern working 14 shifts in a 28-day period.A bit about the role:

  • Perform machine/equipment hygiene and changeovers
  • Preparing ingredients for production and mixing our recipes
  • Operation of production line equipment to the agreed operational settings
  • Work in a safe way following all appropriate safety procedures and wearing protective equipment correctly at all times
  • Conduct quality checks ensuring that we meet product specifications
  • Other general tasks waste processing, order packing etc
  • Work to relevant standards and Key Performance Indicators
  • Occasional attendance and contribution at daily review meeting and regular attendance/contribution at online performance reviews
  • General facility hygiene - floors, walls and conveyors etc and working in a manner that epitomises clean as you go
A bit about you
  • Working level of speaking English
  • Previous Operative experience
  • Ability to read English
  • Numerate (able to understand and work with numbers)
  • Good attention to detail
