Effective Energy Solutions are looking for a Service Manager to join their team to manage and lead the delivery of our special projects.Effective Energy Solutions is part of the Effective Energy Group. We achieve this by delivering schemes that assist those on lowincome to access funding that will benefit them by reducing their energy bills. As a leading provider in this sector, we are designing our own programmes to expand our portfolio of services which will provide additional support to our customers.Reporting to the Operations director, this pivotal role will manage and report on a varied portfolio of services and schemes. It will interact with internal and external stakeholders and will develop processes and reporting packages to ensure complianceand delivery of agreed SLAs and KPIs.Identifying blockers to the delivery of schemes and providing solutions to resolve these is a key aspect of this role to ensure that the customer journey is seamless and that every conversation delivers a successful outcome. Being able to demonstrate thisinternally and to third parties via robust reporting mechanisms is a large aspect.This role will suit someone with proven stakeholder management experience, strong IT skills to produce robust management reporting statistics and the ability to influence at all levels. If you have project management experience and knowledge of the energyefficiency and/or fuel poverty sector, this would be advantageous.
