Job Description

Senior Maintenance EngineerReference: Jo5362/ADLocation: WorksopSalary: £40,000 + Pension + Overtime (Earn up to £45k)Monday to Friday - 6am-2pm 1 in 2 call out rota, paid as overtime.The CompanyMy Client is one of the UK’s leading and well-established metals processors, supplying a wide range of industries, with a global market presence, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become centre of excellence within theindustry they specialise in. Due to further investment within the Telford site; they need to recruit an additional electrical engineer.Key Skills

  • Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical
  • Experience o PLC Systems & Heavy Machinery
  • Understanding of PPM Systems
The RoleThe ideal candidate will come from an electrical or mechanical engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer, but have some multi-skilling and have PPM and TPM manufacturing experience. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies. You will have worked on PLC controlled automated machinery and befamiliar with overhead cranes, compressors, hydraulics/pneumatics.
