Elevation Recruitment Group HR are partnering with a leading manufacturing business based in Worksop to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for their HR team. Reporting into the site HRBP and working with the wider HR team to implement the Company’s HR strategy,the role will focus on high volume fast paced operational HR. The businesses continued success is built entirely on the talented people who work on site, so the people strategy is key to its success. This role is responsible for providing HR support covering all aspects, such as providing advice and guidance on best practice, company policies, terms and conditions of employment and legislation. Working closely with Site Management to embed the culture andvalues that are key to the business and supporting local levels of management and employees to ensure the best performance in a motivating environment. As Senior HR Advisor the role will be responsible for escalated queries from the HR Advisor team as wellas deputising for the Senior HRBP, which will provide an excellent platform for personal development and progression.
