Senior Cash Allocation ClerkWith a UK revenue of over £1billion pounds this is an organisation that offer employees an immense range of exciting, rewarding and long term career opportunities.With an incoming revenue of that scale the Cash Allocation team is a really important and valued placed to work.The purpose of the department is to ensure customer payments are allocated in an accurate and timely manner and customer accounts are reconciled. With over 10,000 customers in the UK that is a lot of transactions.As a Senior in the team you will provide ongoing guidance, support & training to all members of the Cash Allocation team. You will also be the first point of escalation for the Cash Allocation Clerks. It is a hands on role allocating cash, reconciling bank accounts and reviewing and investigating un-allocated cash.The salary is £21k per annum, finance study support is available upon successful completion of probation, there are 25 days holiday plus stats.This is a company that can offer a lot of career progression and personal development.Based in Worksop with excellent links to the A1 and M1 motorways this is easily accessible from areas in South Yorkshire such as Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield as well as North Notts like Mansfield and Retford.
