We are currently for Skills and Employability Tutor to ensure we can meet any business demands, whilst continuing to offer an outstanding learner experience for our students.The RoleWe are looking for an energetic, innovative, flexible individual who is fully committed to the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults to help learners reach their full potential. You will be situated within curriculum areas responsible for a case load of learners from level 1-3. You will lead on Employability within these areas ensuring progression routes and work readiness of learners.You will be responsible for setting targets with learners and employers, tracking learner progress to promote positive outcomes. Positively embracing change and equally understand the challenges faced within the Further Education sector.
