Job Description

RES Hospitality TutorPart time 6 hours per week Temporary£16.87ph plus holiday payOffsite - Worksop Area & some remote workingRotherham Education Services (RES) supplying casual and temporary staffing to the RNN Group. The RNN Group consists of Rotherham, Dearne Valley and North Notts colleges.The roleYou will design, develop and deliver highly inspirational teaching and training resources and will be expected to identify individual starting points and give developmental feedback. You will undertake individual reviews, embracing and completing all aspectsof the E-Portfolio system including the individual learning plan (ILP) providing SMART targets for learners, which promote learner advancement and success.Duties include:

  • Providing feedback to learners whilst maintaining documentation on learners progression
  • Creating and carrying out schemes of work & lessons plans where needed
  • Meet targets set on timely achievements
  • Travel to other sites to deliver training
You willhave experience training both employed and unemployed adult learners, with the ability to motivate and identify any appropriate support for problems or issues that prevent learners from achieving.You will hold or be working towards a teaching qualification and assessors award plus literacy and numeracy at level 2 or above. You will need to have a minimum of a level 3 hospitality qualification. An IQA qualification is advantageous but notessential.Why register with us
