Planning Officer (Management Information Systems)Full time (37 hours per week), permanentSalary; £19,011 per annumLocation; Dearne Valley College (with travel if applicable) The RoleYou will be a key part of our Management Information Services team, dealing with the planning of the curriculum offer and maintenance of the course file. If you are looking for an opportunity in which you can develop your career in data administration, then this could be the perfect role for you.You will work as part of the Planning and Timetabling team and contribute to the effective delivery of a high-quality planning and timetabling service. It will include timely and robust processing of course data throughout the academic year, working closely with academic and support staff to ensure that an accurate and responsive service is provided.Through a proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused approach you will help the College achieve our mission. Your work will ultimately lead to increased data optimisation which supports the financial stability of the College, plus the positive development of the College reputation.Have you got what it takesYou will have experience working in, or around further education, and have worked in a similar role, which has given you the skills and knowledge to perform well in this role. You will understand funding and data collection requirements and work to a high level of accuracy.You will possess level 2 (GCSE) in both maths and English and in IT skills.
