Job Description

Quest Search & Selection have partnered with a luxury multi-brand retailer that prides itself on working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Home, Outdoor & Fashion brands.Key responsibilities:

  • Calculate salary changes including back pay and pro-ratas where required
  • Calculate final payments for leavers including accrued holiday entitlement
  • Ensure hourly paid employees pay is correct against the HR system
  • Process all statutory payments and deductions to legislation
  • Calculate and manage overpayments in line with overpayment process
  • Resolve pay queries efficiently
Key requirements:
  • At least 6 months to 2 years + of experience within Payroll role operating at an Assistant, Coordinator, Officer or Executive level
  • Knowledgeable of PAYE, NI and all statutory elements such as SMP, SSP etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks along with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of payroll systems - ITRENT system would be an advantage but not essential
