Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group have the pleasure of working with a container manufacturing business based in the Worksop area. My client is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, to join their well-established team with immediateeffect.Salary: £44,766Location: WorksopHours: Days and nights shift pattern- no weekends!Benefits:

Duties of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
  • Liaising with the production team
  • Working within a manufacturing company, you must be adaptable to this environment
  • Working to a continuous improvement plan to make the business and machinery the best it can be
  • Completing reactive maintenance and PPM’s daily
  • Completing relevant paperwork in line with ISO’s
  • Ensure machinery downtime is kept to a minimum
  • Install, maintain, test and examine site machinery
  • Understand and work to safe practises
  • Other duties as and when required
Desired experience:
  • You must have a HNC or BTEC Electrical Qualification as a minimum to be considered for this role
  • Must have experience within a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role previously
  • Ideally, have at least 3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment previously
  • Must be able to work within a team and on own initiative
  • Must have experience of working with breakdowns and PPM’s
  • Have good computer skills
  • Must be able to fault-find
  • Ideally have PLC knowledge as the new system will be implemented
  • Great communication skills (reading and spoken English is Essential)
