Job Description

Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing business based in Worksop. An excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant who is actively studying towards full qualification and wants a fast-paced Management Accounts positionwith lots of career progression opportunities. This position offers ACCA/CIMA study support and is salaried up to £40,000.Client DetailsPage Personnel are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing business based in Worksop. This position offers ACCA/CIMA study support and is salaried up to £40,000.DescriptionReporting to the Head of Finance as a Management Accountant you will be tasked with supporting the commercial finance team, helping with the month-end regime to ensure accurate reporting, and throughout the month with Flash Reporting. Other ad hoc projectsmay arise during the role including assisting with ensuring rigorous systems and controls are in place.Alongside this your key tasks and account-abilities will be to;

  • Production of Balance Sheet reconciliations with supporting commentary to the agreed time frame
  • Form close working relationships with the site managers and customer service manager
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly management information to the agreed time frame
  • Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Working with the Group Head of Finance and operational/sales teams to prepare weekly revenue forecast
  • Preparation of KPI reporting
  • Ad-hoc analysis of business performance as required
ProfileSuccessful candidate;
  • Ideally be AAT-qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Previous experience working in a similar role with knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting. margins, journals, VAT returns will be advantageous.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel such as Vlookups or Pivot Tables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
