Job Description

Your tasks will include:

  • Setting up, Clean / Strip down (mid shift and end of shift) on Auto cutters, Depositors, Cross belts and Multipond machinery.
  • Working alomgside engineers and the technical team
    • Key Accountabilities1. Deliver area productivity & effciency targets, resolving problems & issues as they arise, ensuring no downtime to production keeping them as close to production plan as possible.2. Continuosly monitor all operational processes & the overall production enviroment to ensure that activity comply with food safety manufacturing Standards.3. Monitor the effectiveness of machinery & equipment through Pre starts & Observations, highlighting trends & issues to ensure asset performance is consist & reliable.4. Promote a good health, safety & enviromental culture within the department, that complies with procedures5. Monitor & review team capability, ensuring all staff are clearly focused on their key objectives & developed to maximise their potential.A background of working with machinery would be an advantage.
