You will be responsible for managing payroll processes end-to-end, collaborating with various teams to address queries,and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.DescriptionHR Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to address any payroll-related queries or concerns.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll processing.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting payroll processing and implement necessary changes accordingly.
ProfileRequirements:
  • HR Experience is essential. The payroll part can be trained up to a degree, but ideally you have experience with this to a certain level.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
