HR Officer (Organisation Development and Training)Hours; Full time (37hrs per week, all year round)Duration; PermanentSalary; £24,843 per annum + benefitsLocation; North Notts College, Worksop About the RoleThe HR departments agenda is to deliver an effective and timely staff development process, which will contribute to the delivery of an effective workforce and professional development and actively promote people development and the continuous improvementof people and service delivery across the RNN Group.In this role you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, promotion and ongoing development of our RNN Skills Academy programme, which will offer all of our staff an opportunity to upskill, develop or retrain to enhance their chosen and futurecareers. This will involve working with teams across the college, as well as our external partners, to collate and collaborate on requirements and analysis of skills to ensure CPD opportunities are fit for purpose.You will be instrumental in supporting the HR Business Partner (OD & Recruitment) in the design, implementation and development of our internal professional and management development programmes.A key aspect of the role is to design and deliver our organisational induction to our future workforce. To ensure all new starters have an outstanding induction and feel part of the organisations mission from day one. You will be confident in deliveringto large groups, an excellent communicator and act as an advocate for the Groups values.You willYou will have experience of teaching/training and of working within Human Resources/Staff Training or a similar role and environment. You will have experience of working on a number of projects, being able to demonstrate your skills and abilitiesin coordination or different tasks, ideally from idea to inception. You will also have experience of sourcing, delivering and facilitation training either in-house or externally.You will have Level 2 English and maths (or equivalent) and a Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent). You will ideally have a Google Educator, or Microsoft Educator Certification, or be willing to obtain, if successful. You will have experience of interpreting data and producing business style reports, including recommendations for improvement/development. Department InfoIn this role you will work as part of the HR department, within the OD and Recruitment function and report directly to the HR Business Partner and work closely with the OD/Training Assistant.
