Job Description

Compliance Coordinator (Vehicle / Fleet Maintenance Planner)Location: WorksopSalary: £27,000 per annumOur client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join their team based at Worksop. Working as part of the Compliance team, the successful applicant will support the day to day function and be responsible for both the planned and unplanned maintenance of their transport assets.You will also be expected to manage any associated ancillary equipment that we as a company utilise as part of their business offering. You will provide a one point of contact’ to key internal stakeholders (from drivers to management) as well as their core suppliers.Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning the maintenance of the transport asset fleet and ensuring absolute compliance with our O licence requirements across the UK
  • Liaising with the suppliers to provide one point of contact to arrange and follow up on repairs ensuring they are completed to the right standard (quality & cost) and timescales
  • Ensuring ancillary equipment is inspected to regulatory standards and allocated correctly
  • Maintaining the breakdown line between your shift hours
  • Supporting the compliance department with all daily functions
  • QualificationsRequired:
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong IT skills
  • Lateral thinking / problem solving
  • Good Communication
  • Preferred:
  • Experience of similar role within a transport department
  • Product knowledge
  • Construction industry experience
  • Hold a CPC National qualification
  • ExperienceStrong fleet compliance/maintenance background with excellent understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.Key Areas:
