Job Description

On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Commercial Accountant to work for a rapidly growing business based in Worksop.Duties of the role will include:

  • Business partner the senior management team.
  • Build and continuously develop robust financial models.
  • Support and develop business KPIs.
  • Work with the management team on long range business plans, forecasting and business cases.
  • Support pricing decisions through modelling, stress testing, scenario analysis and risk/opportunity testing.
  • Identify business trends and provide insights to enhance performance and profitability.
  • Support the management team with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Support all business divisions with financial and commercial analysis.
    • Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
  • Fully qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent), with 1-3 years PQE.
  • Ideally you will have strong analytical skills twinned with experience in reporting commercial information.
  • This is a business partnering role so candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential and experience working within a data lead business.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Highly numerical with a strong commercial acumen and outlook.
  • Inquisitive mindset.
  • This role would be best suited to candidates who have strong reporting experience.
