Full-time Cleaner / Maintenance Person required to work for a family run business based in Worksop, S80 - please contact Cheryl Wilson at Wilson Recruitment for more information on . Our office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00.The role will consist of site, office, workshop and yard maintenance / cleaning, amongst other daily duties.The hours are Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00 (7am to 3pm)The hourly rate is £10.50 to £12.00 per hour depending on experience and skillset.The over time is paid at 1.5x your basic hourly rate (£15.75 to £18 per hour)The ideal candidate for this role:- will have some cleaning and maintenance experience- may have been working as a Maintenance Person or Handy Person or Industrial Cleaner or Janitor or Brick Layer or Scaffolder or Labourer or Industrial Housekeeper or Mechanic for example- should hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle- shall be hardworking, flexible, adaptable and a team player- must be available ASAP to attend a formal and onsite interview in Newark- could have prior work experience in the commercial vehicle world i.e. cars, trucks and/or vans (desirable)- might be IT savvy and have excellent customer service skills (desirable)- ought to have a good grasp of the English language and be able to communicate with all staff and visitors clearly and effectively- will be able to follow company health & safety procedures whilst handling equipment and hazardous liquidsBenefits and perks include:- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays (32 for 2023)- overtime available to increase income- free onsite parking, access to hot & cold drinks, uniform provided- EAP - Employee Assistance Program for legal, financial and/or health help / support- company discounts on high street retailers including Argos, Currys, Wickes to name a few- 5 and 25 service awards- training & development opportunities- AND MANY MORE...For more information, please contact me on between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday or email me your CV and contact details to .Wilson Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of the employer.
