Back End Developer / Engineer (AWS API Node.js) Remote / Worksop to £65kDo you have a strong knowledge of AWS combined with backend Node.js, Java and / or Python skillsYou could be progressing your career as a Back End Developer at a growing tech company that provide a range of IoT and Data solutions for the Emergency Services.As a Back End Developer youll collaborate with the team to help transition to a more modern AWS Lambda environment (currently hybrid with Data Centres); the tech stack is currently Java and Node.js based however youll be able to heavily influence technologychoices going forward.You will take ownership of maintenance and monitoring of AWS cloud systems and applications, ensuing high availability, develop efficient AWS hosted microservices, build APIs and manage backend MySQL databases. Youll champion the adoption of Cloud AWS servicesand make recommendations on emerging software trends to help keep the company at the forefront of technical innovation.Location / WFH:Theres a remote first policy with the caveat that youll meet up with the team once a month in Worksop, you could be based anywhere in the UK as the company is also happy to pay for expenses to the office.About you:
