Job descriptionRegistered Nurse RGN or RMN - Roborough House - £17.00phr days £18.00phr Nights, up to £37,674 per annum.3K Welcome Bonus; 2K paid within first month and 1K paid at the end of 3 months serviceAbout the RoleWe are recruiting for Registered Nurses RGN/RMN/RNLD to join our specialist nursing home in Woolwell, PlymouthWith a service of over 40 residents and a staff team of over 60 to support residents with physical and mental disabilities, the successful candidate will be a Registered General, Learning Disability, Mental Health nurse, reflecting the clinical diversityof needs in the service.We are looking for nurses who have a sound knowledge of the holistic needs of adults with a variety of physical and mental health needs, experienced in clinical assessment, care planning skills and flexibility to meet the individual needs of the residents.You will need to be flexible as you are required to work shifts including bank holidays, weekends and potentially nights, depending on contract type.If your best traits are positivity, friendliness and innovation then this job is for you!Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesYou will take responsibility for the well-being of residents including; making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. Carrying out assessments, you will develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents.Throughout the day, you will monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation. Delivering clinical guidance to your care team, you will lead, motivate and mentor the team to ensure thesafe and efficient day to day running of the care home. Promoting residents independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.The Successful Candidate for the role will have:Experience in supporting adults with a range of clinical presentations, including, learning disabilities and functional and organic mental health issues.
