Job Description

Bank Porter - Job DescriptionTo organise and control the efficient and economic production of quality food within the allowed budget, whilst ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.Key Role and ResponsibilitiesMain Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to cook homemade food and snacks on a mass scale
  • Understanding food safety and hygiene
  • Stock dining area - setting tables
  • Light cleaning of dining and kitchen area
  • Wash dishes and cutlery
  • Vegetable preparation
  • Baking -homemade treats
  • Covering sickness and annual leave entitlements
  • Able to work alternative weekends
