Job Description

Kitchen AssistantLocation: Woolwell, PlymouthHours: Part time (Bank Contract)Salary: £9.50 - £10.30 per hourWe are looking to recruit a kitchen assistant on a part time basis to join the team (bank contract). Were looking for someone whos committed to maintaining the highest standards in the kitchen and during the food preparation process. The successful candidatewill be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach. Formal qualifications arent necessary, although any similar experience gained in a similar setting would be beneficial.Key Criteria and Essential Skills:

  • Previous kitchen experience preferredbut not essential as full training will be given
  • Able to work under pressure and to a tight schedule.
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach.
  • Must be flexible and able to work during some of our peak times which include weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
  • NVQ Level 2 in cateringpreferred - but not essential as full training will be given
