Job Description

Clinical Lead Location: Woolwell, PlymouthHours: 40.25 hours per week (11.5hrs shift rest supernumerary)Salary: £45,000 per annum : £60,000 per annum (dependant on experience)We have an opportunity for Clinical Lead Nurse to join and lead our team on a full-time basis at Roborough House in Woolwell, Plymouth. Roborough House is a specialist nursing home that provides nursing care to residents with physical and mental healthcareneeds. As a nursing associate you will be able to use a wide variety of your clinical skills within the established nursing team that comprises of RGN and RMNs. The service is going through a period of significant transformation, improving the leadershipand management structures, model of care and wider quality assurance framework. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of Roborough House.Reporting to the registered manager, as the Clinical Lead you will be responsible for ensuring a continued assessment of service needs, service governance and performance against key indicators, inspections and commissioners. Ensuring that these are implemented,monitored and evaluated for all parts of the service of responsibility. You will take the lead in managing assessment for all patients referred to the service and you will be part of the Senior Management Team and act in the absence of the Registered Managerand Deputy Manager.Benefits:

Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • NMC registration
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • Management experience and training
  • Possess good judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills appropriate to the role
  • Good communication skills
