Job Description

Care Support Worker Location:Woolwell, PlymouthHours:Full-time, part-time and bank contracts availableSalary Details:£10.10 per hourWe are looking to appoint further Care Support Workers to join our friendly and dynamic team at Roborough House, part of The CareTech Group, in Woolwell near Plymouth, Devon.Rewards & Benefits of working with us:

Key Skills/qualities:
  • Experience in aCaringenvironment is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • Good communication skills, allowing you to engage & interact with our residents.
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Confidence to work alone and also be part of our wider service team.

Roborough House provides expert care and treatment for adults with complex support needs, resulting from mental health disorders, dementias, strokes and progressive neurological conditions and associated comorbidities such as epilepsy, dysphagia, diabetesand behaviours that may challenge a mainstream nursing home.Roborough House is located in Woolwell; a suburb on the north-east fringe of the city of Plymouth, located just outside the citys boundaries in the district of the South Hams.
