Job Description

Established in 1993, CareTech is a leading nationwide social care provider delivering a package of high quality, individually tailored care and support solutions to children, young people, and adults across the UK.We are recruiting for a Training Coordinator based in our Wolverhampton OfficeJob Purpose:The Purpose of this role is to support the Learning and Development Department, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively.General Responsibilities:Schedule training courses with both the internal trainers and external providers; booking venues and accommodation as required.Responsible for the management of trainers diariesManaging the LMS (learner man system) with new starters, leavers and transfers, assigning eLearning as required.Inputting of data and maintaining accurate records into electronic databases and management systemsRaise Purchase OrdersLiaise directly with Internal Managers, External Providers and other departments as necessary to support the OrganisationComplete Expenses for staff teamProduce reports and materials required by department using various methodsTo report to allocated line manager for the tasks being undertaken/areas of responsibility where administration is sharedTo respect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information that may be accessedManage tasks within the remit of the roleGeneral administration duties for departmentTo cover any other duties that may be requiredRequirements:Experience of scheduling or planning eventsEnthusiasm, drive and a self-motivationExcellent organisational skills and able to use own initiativeAn appropriate level of expertise within an office environment, including Microsoft Office packages and telephone mannerExcellent written and computer skillsAble to multi-task, work under pressure with tight deadlinesHave a good attention to detailGood TimekeepingConfident in their approach and abilityDedicated to team workExperience of use of a Learner management system or a background in social care would be desirable, but not essential.BenefitsWe provide superb free trainingCompetitive rates of payEAP (Employee Assistance Program)Additional holiday purchase schemeChildcare VouchersFree DBS checkFree parkingRefer a friend scheme’ reward system – earn up to £500 per referralPension SchemeIf you are interested in this role, please apply.We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support.
