Job Description

Job Title: Technical Delivery ManagerLocation: WolverhamptonOffice Based - 3-4 days a weekSalary: £45k - £50kIndustry: UX / BAFound By IRIS have partnered with an Energy and PropTech firm who are building a technology and product hub in their offices in Wolverhampton. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to be a key hire and the glue betweenthe business, commercial and tech teams.Role Overview:We are looking for a multi-faceted Technical Delivery Manager with a unique blend of skills in business analysis, product design, and UX/wireframing. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of our cutting-edge solutions.The Technical Delivery Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, oversee product design, and ensure seamless project delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
    • Analyse and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Product Design Oversight:
    • Lead and support the product design team in conceptualising and creating innovative solutions.
    • Ensure alignment between design, development, and business objectives.
  • UX and Wireframing:
    • Contribute to UX strategy and provide insights to enhance user experiences.
    • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualise design concepts.
  • Technical Delivery Management:
    • Drive the end-to-end delivery process, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
    • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
    • Prioritise product road maps and sprints in line with the business needs.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Foster strong relationships whilst managing expectations of both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
Experience sought:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a track record of successful requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Previous work in a product development or design team and capacity, demonstrating expertise in driving innovative solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in UX principles and experience in wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • Experience of standardising the software development process and validating requirements in line with the product road map.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on technical delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar tools for marketing automation and CRM.
