If you are an experienced working across multiple teams, you are a real people person and have the ability to build great stakeholder relationship skills - you belong at Bromford.As R&D connector, you will play a major part in establishing our new Ideas Hub - a central place where all our colleagues can raise bright ideas that improve customer or colleague experience. Youll be responsible for telling the story of our approach and sharing successes with our colleagues and customers using a range of different media.You will search for ways to improve the services we deliver by thinking creatively and sharing good practice with your colleagues and you will support colleagues to self-serve and develop their own skills - particularly in producing podcast and video content, whilst offering editing and production support.You will help produce presentations, blogs, video and podcasts that showcase the R&D work taking place across Bromford and you’ll get involved in projects, pitch in ideas and help to model solutions.You will support the Head of R&D and the rest of the service to ensure that this happens. You will help keep the R&D Lab running and help make it a great, creative place to spend time - whether on or offline. You will be a key link with the rest of the strategy directorate and the wider business.You’ll be working collaboratively with your peers to ensure targets are met and our strategy is achieved.
