Job Description

Verona Court are looking to recruit an experienced & qualified Resident Support Worker to provide 6 months Maternity Cover initially with the potential to extend, working 21 hours per week. Verona Court is one of our housing schemes offering Independent Living for the over 55’s who still wish to be part of a community. The successful candidate will be required to work 21 hours per week and will be welcomed into a well-established Care team.The people we would like to hear from will ideally be qualified up to NVQ Level 2 or QCF Diploma Level 2 and above in Health & Social Care or will have gained experience in a similar role with a kind and caring disposition.Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude to make a difference and bePersonable with ability to build rapport with residents.At this point in time, we are not simply looking to just fill vacancies we are looking to sustain vital Care Packages that are delivered to our residents. As a Resident Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks
