Our client is seeking a Property Restoration Technician to join them on a full time permanent basis working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday. This role will be to cover the Wolverhampton, Dudley and Telford areas.As Property Restoration Technician, you will have be responsible for stripping out properties following fire or flood damage, setting up dehumidifiers & heat mats, chemical washes, carpet cleaning etc. Preparing reports for insurance purposes, dealing withcustomers face to face.To be considered for the role of Property Restoration Technician, you will have a background in building / construction / DIY, you will have strong customer service skills and will have strong empathy for the customers situations. You will have a full cleanUK driving licence and will be PC literate for preparing & submitting reports.
