Monitoring incoming and outgoing faxes. Manage the office team - day to day activities of 2 admin staff Place adverts and perusal cvs and carry out interviews on behalf of management Type and word process various documents, including letters, minute meetings, Process DBS Applications and ensure right to work checks are completed Create staff files for all new recruits, ensuring that all mandatory file items are obtained. Take minutes at meetings and disciplinary hearings General Office duties for manager. Audits Petty Cash and recording of residents pocket money Holidays, Supervisions and Appraisals spreadsheets kept up to date.
