Infrastructure Support Analyst A leading financial services corporation is seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst who has strong capabilities in Window Server 2012 - 2019, Exchange Online > 365 and Azure AD. You will work within the operations team of a prestigious corporation providingusers with suitable advice, guidance and assistance for the investigation and resolution of technical issues, and working closely with engineers in the resolution of major incidents. You will contribute in the upgrades of systems as well as assisting withthe delivery of new systems and solutions. This role is paying up to £40,000 + 15% (6K) Bonus + Excellent Benefits based in either Chatham or Wolverhampton up to 3 days per week.The role is essential to the organisation and will be seen as a SME within their field. You would be responsible for restoring operational service within appropriate service level for all incidents and be comfortable supporting maintenance requests. This roleholder would be expected to document implementation plans for all changes within the remit of their technology tower and be a key member of the team that is responsible for the stability within their technologies.Role responsibilities: Ensure that systems / services are provided at an optimum performance levels that meet agreed SLAs Providing first point triage for incident tickets, ensuring appropriate knowledge is captured and shared. Ensuring IT procedures are correct and accessible Carry out installations, upgrade, moves, maintenance and decommissioning of all servers Log all support related tickets via ITIL compliant ITSM platform Manage time and prioritise accordingly to ensure incidents are resolved within SLAs. To recognize and escalate issues to team members and the line manager as appropriate Work with engineers and third parties on complex tasks and configurationsSkills required; 3+ years experience with MS Active Directory at Enterprise/Multi Forest Scale (must have) Strong expertise MS Exchange and Exchange online (must have) Knowledge of MS Windows Servers (2012 - 2019) and MS Exchange Servers (must have) Strong knowledge of O365/M365 (must have) Exposure to Cloud Platforms - ideally Azure (nice to have) ITIL v4 foundation principles (nice to have) Previous experience working in the Financial SectorPackage:£40,000 (circa) 15% Bonus 25 days holiday Generous contributory pension scheme Discretionary bonus scheme Free parking Training Infrastructure Support Analyst
