Job Description

WINNER are currently recruiting for aCOMBI LIFT DRIVERto join our client based inWOLVERHAMPTON.The duties of theCOMBI LIFT DRIVERare:

  • Ensure daily checks are performed on your forklift
  • Ensure machines are working well and reporting any operating issues
  • Pick material by issue of pick lists or as otherwise directed
  • Collating orders and preparing them for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading Lorries in a safe and controlled manner.
  • Display a customer focused approach
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety Legislation and Company Policies
  • Report any accidents and incidents to a member of the Management Team
  • Attend training courses when requested,
  • Ensuring the receipt and issuing of the correct materials whilst keeping the inhouse computer system live.
  • Completing the yearly stock checks and notifying the relevant manager when adjustments are required.
  • Cutting material using automatic bandsaw.
  • Assist in other areas as and when required.
  • Ensure a good level of housekeeping
The idealCOMBI LIFT DRIVERmust:
  • Have a minimum of 1 years experience on the Combi Lift FLT truck.
  • Experience of working with multi directional truck
  • Confidence in all aspects of FLT driving
  • Experience within a fasteners production environment
  • Use of a bandsaw preferable
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Able to work with and understand measuring equipment.
