Job Title: CNC Mill-turn Machinist Industry: Aerospace Location: WolverhamptonShift: Double DaysSalary: £37,000 + shift allowanceRole OverviewCNC Mill-turn MachinistOur client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Mill-turn machinist to join their thriving manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. The successful CNC Machinist will be tasked with the manufacture of complexmechanical products working to close micron tolerances.Whats On OfferCNC Mill-turn Machinist

Role ResponsibilitiesCNC Mill-turn Machinist
  • Setting, operating, and part-programming of Mill-turn machining centres
  • Work to tight tolerances and aerospace standards.
  • Follow complex engineering drawings.
  • Machining exotic materials
  • Carry out first off inspection and check/complete necessary quality documentation
Skills and AttributesCNC Mill-turn Machinist
  • A recognized engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent)
  • Experience setting/operating CNC Mill turn or similar multi axis machining centers
  • Experience in engineering/manufacturing roles ideally within the aerospace industry
  • Experience working to close micron tolerances
  • Ability to read/follow engineering diagrams
  • Perform routine TPM maintenance as per the daily machine checklist
