Service Desk Analyst Wellingborough Permanent £26K - £28KAre you a service desk analyst Looking to take your 1st line expertise to the next level If so, I have you well covered with an exciting opportunity!My client is a massive brand in the iconic shoes and styles market. They pride themselves on empowering rebellious self-expression and have been selling to consumers for more than half a decade in over 60 different countries. Not to mention their companyvalue of 700 million on the London stock exchange!They are currently looking to add to their IT team and seeking to bring in a dynamic and confident service desk analyst. This position is desk based in their office in Wellingborough.Service desk analyst core responsibilities: - Provide 1st line support- Research, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve technical issues.- Ticket logging and resolving within agreed service level.- Youll be a self-starterRequirements and technical experience must include: - Previous experience in similar IT support role.- Troubleshooting windows 10/x and MacOS X.- Azure and Active Directory experience.- M365 support.
