This position is desk based in their office in Wellingborough.Service desk analyst core responsibilities: - Provide 1st line support- Research, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve technical issues.- Ticket logging and resolving within agreed service level.- Youll be a self-starterRequirements and technical experience must include: - Previous experience in similar IT support role.- Troubleshooting windows 10/x and MacOS X.- Azure and Active Directory experience.- M365 support.
