The Role: Youll work in one of our vibrant learning centres alongside a supportive team to nurture 100s of fearless learners who attend their sessions every week.Your key objectives are to:
  • Teach - bring our mission to life; tailor your teaching approach and support our members to achieve consistent progress
  • Inspire– build strong relationships; inspire all children to become fearless learners
  • Demonstrate Progress– support children to recognise progress; develop their reflective skills to be able to identify their own progress

Logistics: How does it work:
  • Youll teach a mixture of maths, English entrance exam preparation and 11+ content.
  • Youll work 2-3 consistent shifts per week; you can request as many hours as youd like as long as its more than your minimum of 6 contracted weekly hours
  • Youll work with the same children every week
  • Our shifts are after school hours, and weekends (when our centres are open)
  • Youll be paid hourly based on your age, and the number of hours you work
Your starting hourly pay will be:Under 18 – £6.8018-20 – £7.9021-22 – £10.3523+ – £10.60*Add an additional 50p per hour if you will be working at a centre inside the M25. On top of your tutoring shifts, you will be paid for all of your training and induction sessions.To qualify, youll need
  • A maths and English GCSE (equivalent) grade 6 or above
  • To be age 16 or over (or age 17 if youd like to work online)
  • To be living in the UK when you commence working with us, and have a right to work in the UK
All successful applicants will undertake employment reference checks, and a Disclosure & Barring Service check or PVG check. Please note, this role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order.
