Job Description

Senior PSO Analyst - Regulatory Change TeamLocation - WokinghamDuration - 6 monthsThe role is to support the Regulatory delivery Team in delivering the programme outcomes for the customer, while working within agreed frameworks with our suppliers and our internal project delivery standards. The role will cover a variety of activities, suchas governance meetings, resource planning, project standards adherence, validation of reporting data and programme SharePoint administration. Key Accountabilities:Responsible for the delivery of an agreed menu of Portfolio/Programme Management support services in a designated Programme Delivery Stream:*Set up and facilitation of monthly project status reviews, ensuring data held in the Project On Line tool is up to date, including milestones, finances and key risks. Escalation to portfolio/PMO management where remedial actions are not completed.*Set up and monitoring of dedicated project in-boxes and repositories in Outlook, Sharepoint and any other data bases that the programme utilises to support delivery*Assist the Busines Consultant in maintaining the programme Kanban board *Ensure Project managers are adhering to company planning standards, validate the subsequent reporting. *Working with the programme/project delivery teams to set up and utilise comms channels and stakeholder lists to support delivery of key communications about the programme*Arrangement of project governance meetings & stand-ups, with attendance to maintain action log and capture emerging risks or issues*Preparation of governance packs, including liaising with contributors to ensure that content is on time and fit for purpose*Ownership of action logs, following up with action owners to ensure progress is maintained and escalating to programme team where necessary*Maintain a working relationship and support the Regulatory Programme Manager, Business Consultant and Project Managers to ensure support services are meeting requirements.Knowledge & Experience Required:PMO and Project Management Processes including, but not exclusive to:*Risk and Issue Management*Governance Co-ordination*Meeting set-up and Minute/Action recording *Management Reporting*Quality Standards Management*Previous experience of working in a PMO/PSO function on a large Project or Programme.*Understanding of Project Management Principles*Confident in use of tools Teams, SharePoint to an intermediate/advanced level, Ms Project Online and mySAP to intermediate/Basic level *Experience in using Excel and PowerPoint.*Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.*Highly organized individual capable of establishing set routines and working as part of a wider team.*2 years or more PMO experience.If you have not been contacted in 48 hours, please assume you have not been selected this time
