Job Description

Our client is a growing PE backed business who is seeking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst. This role will suit a progress newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and will be a No2 role to the Head of FP&A. The role offers a good mix of FP&A and Business Partnering.The role will be a standalone position to begin with but will hire a direct report with 6-12 months.

  • This role will develop and strengthen the reporting, analysis and planning areas of the FP&A team.
  • This is a commercial role with a significant element of business partnering.
  • Close working relationships with the Group Finance Controller, Finance Director, CFO, Operational Managers and Directors.
  • The business is currently implementing an EPM solution which will deliver more efficient reporting & planning processes and support the development of the FP&A function
  • Production of the monthly OpCo Pack for circulation to the board and private equity owners.
  • Monthly P&L and KPI variance analysis and supporting commentary, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Analysis of complex data to drive actionable insight for the business.
  • Business partnering with divisional directors & senior teams to drive plans to deliver growth and profitability.
  • Supporting the planning cycle - modelling key assumptions and ensuring buy in from divisions and board.
  • Incorporate acquisitions into FP&A (working with acquisition integration team).
A salary of £55,000-£65,000 is on offer plus benefits
