RF IC Design Engineer in Berkshire , United KingdomIf you are an experienced RF IC design engineer and you want to work on some the newest 5G technologies, this job will be a great opportunity for you.You can become part of a highly experienced multi-national multi-site team.Our client offers its IC design engineers the opportunity to;

  • Our client has only one more vacancy to fill in its UK RF IC team, so an urgent application is important if you would like to be that final team member.We would love to tell you more about the role and the company, so please apply as soon as possible.If you are not certain you have the right skils, look below.Here are most of the skills and experience they are looking for:Multi-Band RF circuit design in the 700MHz to 5GHz rangeHigh Power Amplifiers are a plusCadence and/or Mentor frontend and backend toolsRF lab equipment e.g. signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector signal analyzers.RFIC System and architecture design, ideally for OFDM applicationsRFIC Sub-system and block level definition & specificationRFIC Link Budget/Level Plan analysisSystem simulationIntegrated single chip RF + Digital baseband projectsTop level chip simulation and functional verificationAnalogue behavioral language modeling (e.g. Verilog-AMS)Mixed-mode simulation environments (e.g. mixed verilog and device level )Direct conversion Rx and Tx architectures and associated considerationsDFT and BIST for Analogue and RF circuitsSilicon test and de-bugging Required skills
