Job Description

Are you a highly organised administrator looking for a varied position within a small, friendly customer service focussed boutique Recruitment Consultancy in WokinghamThe hours weekly can be between between 25 to 30 hours and salary will be £25,000 pro-rated.What will you be doingYou will be the support for the Business & Office Manager as well as the Consultants in the office. Your main tasks will include; filing, updating the internal CRM system, printing and updating job specs, phoning candidates to arrange interviews, check incalls prior and post interview, marketing activity assistance, answering the phones and overall general administration and ad hoc duties.What skills do I needYou will need to be a flexible, organised multitasker and also a big team player. You will also need to be I.T literate and well-versed in Microsoft packages (mainly excel, word and outlook) with a good eye for detail! Lastly due to answering the phonesand calling candidates you will have great customer service skills!The role is a new position for us so we are looking for someone that can come in and hit the ground running and make the role your own!If the role sounds perfect for you please submit your CV today!
