Job Description

Our client, a well-established company based in Winnersh is looking for a Receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be well organised, with excellent communication skills and a cheerful helpful manner.Working hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm. Mainly office based with 1 day per week to be worked from home. The company offer excellent benefits including generous pension and annual leave entitlement, private medical and dental insurance.Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered and transferred professionally
  • Responsible for opening, franking and distributing incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
  • Provide administration support for the Finance & Administration Department
  • General meet and greet all visitors, making teas/coffees for visitors
  • Ordering stationary plus printed business cards, branded envelopes and paper
  • Meeting diary management
  • Arranging the purchase and set up of meeting lunches and drinks for internal and external customers
  • Processing orders
Key Requirements
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Good admin and IT skills
  • Accurate data entry
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to interact well with other employees and Departmental Managers
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Full driving licence
