Job Description

Reception Manager - luxury venue - WokinghamWe currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Hotel Reception Manager to join the passionate and friendly Front Office team, giving all guests a warm welcome and assist them as required during their stay at the hotel.The PlaceOur client is a conference, meeting and wedding venue within an elegant Victorian mansion house, surrounded by beautiful gardens and countryside on the outskirts of Wokingham.The PerksThe Reception Manager will benefit from:

The PersonThe Reception Manager will have:
  • Previous experience in a Reception or Front Office Management position in a similar size property with multiple outlets
  • Opera experience
  • Confidence to open or close shifts and take payments
  • Experience of managing teams
  • Polite and professional verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills and a competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
  • Previous exposure to hotel online booking platforms would be advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills with confident and compassionate when dealing with complaints.
  • A calm and well organised approach to often competing work priorities with good attention to detail.
  • Your own reliable transport to the Bracknell area is essential.
