This role is a fixed term contract for at least 7 months and is an urgent requirement so immediately available candidates are required.Whats in it for youMy client is offering a competitive salary of £22,000 pro rata and free parking.Do you have the relevant experienceIf you have previous customer service experience, the ability to resolve and respond to customer orders via email and over the phone, complaints handling experience, have a willingness to learn and are IT competent, then this is the perfect job for you.The successful candidate will have the ability to manage customer expectations and schedule service calls.This is a part-time position (circa 24 hours/week) and the hours are extremely flexible.
