Job Description

We are pleased to be recruiting for an exciting new role for our Wokingham based client.This role will suit someone looking to start a career in administration who ideally has a few months - 1 years office based experience on their CV.Day to Day Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming calls to the busy office, directing them to the right person
  • Filing, scanning, answering emails and ad hoc administration duties.
  • The employee will receive training to learn the in house system to manage invoices, eventually the invoice loading, sorting and coding would become part of the duties for this role.
The ideal candidate will be
  • proactive, positive and driven to complete tasks to a high standard
  • Have some background administration experience
  • have a great telephone manner and sound communication skills both written and oral
  • having drive to learn new skills to enhance your career and move up the ladder within the business.
