New Homes Area Sales Manager- 12 month FTC £50-55k £80/85k realistic OTE+ car/car allowanceBuckinghamshire/Surrey About Our Client An exciting opportunity exists with our client; a UK leading 5 *House builder who are looking for an Area Sales Manager to be based across Buckinghamshire and Surrey. They are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager who possesses a wealth of experience and a proven track record in selling New Homes and supporting a sales team.This is a great opportunity to work for a company that heavily invests in their employees and customers alike.Key Responsibilities * To ensure the business delivers its strategic goals to sell off and on plan developments* Deliver, achieve and exceed sales targets through the effective management of the Sales team and through their effective induction, organisation, motivation, coaching and development.* Liaise, work closely with and report into the Sales and Marketing Director* Be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety is in line with company policy and procedures.* Support, coach, motivate and train Sales Executives, visiting multiple sites- setting clear objectives.Experience required* Experience in a management position within the housebuilding sector is essential* Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets, both at a team and individual level* Familiarity and working knowledge of Salesforce would be a great benefit* A CSCS card will be needed for this position, so if already attend this would be viewed as advantageous, but training will be provided if not* Full UK Driving LicenceWhats on Offer* Competitive salary* Monday-Friday (office visit once a week)* 24 days holiday plus bank holiday* Private healthcare opportunities* Company car/car allowance
