Job Description

MS Dynamics CRM Administrator.Location: WokinghamFull-time, PermanentSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 per yearOur client is the UKs leading provider of property marketing services and one of the few agencies that can produce professional photography, floorplans, EPCs & videos. The Dynamics CRM Administrator is a member of the team providing support for and developingthe MS Dynamics 365 CRM platform.The role will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Regional Directors and Client Engagement Executives.You will be working with end users to encourage and improve the use of the CRM,to foster both good data handling and the efficient use of data including, training, providing documentation and developing new process within the CRM platform.This is a great opportunity to extend your existing skills and develop new skills in the development and deployment of customisations to the CRM and then apply them to new customisations within the CRM. Supporting 3 regional teams with the maintenance ofCRM contact data records for the organization, overseeing data cleansing and update initiatives and looking for continuous improvement to increase functionality and accuracy.An important part of your role will involve acting as the first line of support and troubleshooting issues on the CRM system. You will be responsible for training staff on an ongoing basis, implementing "how to" guides.Skills and attributes:Proficient in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills in Word and ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with methodical attention to detail.Good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work with both technical and non-technical users.Strong customer service to skillsStrong time management skills with the ability to adapt varying needs and prioritise tasks.Experience in Functional Customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM.Experience of providing training to end users, in the form of both group and 1to1Producing user guides and training materials.Experience of capturing requirements and understanding system issues from end usersThe ability to look at these requirements critically and challenge them when required.Hands-on,functional knowledge of DotDigitalWilling to provide feedback to sectional colleagues when requested.Produces succinct presentations and papers for senior colleagues.Understands when to seek senior advice on potentially delicate negotiations.If you are interested in this MS Dynamics CRM Administrator position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.Due to the number of responses we receive to our advertisements we are unfortunately unable to respond individually to each applicant.
