Job Description

    • Where you come in:In recruitment we rely heavily on our consultants to network and build relationships with clients and candidates via phone calls, emails and linked in messages and posts. Now we are looking to try something different and need a Marketing Manager to help push our business to the next phase of growth where relevant and timely marketing content is key.You will be empowered to create your own marketing strategy and plan for the business and execute the plan whilst testing and learning along the way. You will be able to really influence the shape of the business and deliver tangible results.Your responsibilities will include
  • Creating a Marketing Strategy for 2021 - 2022
  • Managing our third party marketing agency
  • CMS Website management.
  • Social media management.
  • Creating social media content
  • Copywriting and content management.
  • Writing Blogs in Hubspot
  • Creating automated emails in Hubspot
  • Data analytics from Hubspot and Google analytics
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials (branded merchandise, brochures, market trend insights papers for clients, etc)
  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
  • Editing video content
  • Managing the marketing of our weekly podcast which is due to launch end of April.
  • Researching and analysing market trends.
  • Post covid - Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
