Job Description

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced customer service or sales professional looking to build a career with a fast-growing, fun and relaxed company!This Internal Sales role is suitable to someone with a good telephone manner who is reliable, organised, practical and resourceful, trustworthy, honest and good fun!THIS CAN BE A PART-TIME POSITION IF PREFERRED.Client DetailsMy client, who are based in Wargrave, are a fast-growing local business with a fun, relaxed company culture.They are a unique company who specialise in helping the public, and are looking to recruit another great Internal Sales candidate to join their vibrant team!DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Internal Sales position include:

  • Maintaining and organising department information sources (sales records, deal sheets etc.)
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all 3rd party suppliers/customers and agree regular and effective ways to communicate and update
  • Review daily B2B performance/activity and share insight with key customers to further improve results
  • Assist B2B customers with product placement, ensuring maximum exposure in key sale periods
  • Report as required on the success of promotions, campaigns, and new product launches
  • Hold regular updates with the Marketing department to ensure the latest "content" is being used in the Sales channels (images, videos, copy etc)
  • Ensure that B2B and D2C channels are supplied the latest content, and are using it, to ensure that company brand guidelines are met. Manually uploading content to B2B portals as required
  • Complete competitive research on a regular basis; both at business and product level
  • Carry out general office duties; including preparing price files and meeting minutes and cover for colleagues duties in their absence.
ProfileThe successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an office based role (preferred, not essential)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Effective and confident communicator - clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good team player
  • Honest, reliable and trustworthy
